When I got a call about possibly shooting a surprise proposal, I was so excited. The raw emotion, the pure joy of the moment, it’s what I chase after all. I spoke with Ben for awhile and I could not believe my ears! He had it all planned out, every detail down to designing the ring himself.
Jessica and Ben met one year ago to the date while working out at the gym. They were friends first, but that didn’t last long. The love these two have for each other is so strong, even a stranger can see it. In that first year of their relationship, Ben and Jessica fell in love, got two adorable dogs, bought a home and now… they’re ENGAGED! The ring was beautiful and had a very special meaning to Jessica. Jessica lost her grandparents this year and the ring was made from the stones out of Jessica’s grandmothers engagement ring.
Surrounded by loved ones holding signs that asked THE question, Ben led Jessica into the park blindfolded. Once in place, Ben told Jessica how much he loved her and slowly got down on one knee. When Jessica removed her blindfold her reaction was priceless. The huge smile, the tears, her whole body shaking. There was no question as to what her answer would be. I am so fortunate to have been a part of this wonderful day. This is why I love what I do. Congratulations Ben and Jessica! I wish you both a lifetime of absolute happiness and joy.
