Normally a rainy Fall wedding day would worry me, but no more! Emma and Jordan’s rainy fall wedding made for some VERY romantic photos and I couldn’t be more pleased about it!
The First Look
Emma and Jordan decided to have their first look before the ceremony at Emma’s parent’s house.Their home overlooks the Miramichi river and the Fall colors were exploding everywhere. Jordan waited patiently on the deck, anticipating the moment when Emma would say his name and he could turn to see her. When he did, it was magic. Tears were in both their eyes as they embraced and told each other that they looked amazing. It was an emotional first look that I will never forget.
The Wedding
Due to the rainy weather, Emma and Jordan decided to move their ceremony inside their reception location, The Miramichi Golf and Country Club. It was beautifully decorated by Emma and her friends. There, Emma and Jordan read their personalized vows (total tear-jerker!) to one another in front of their family and friends. And later, they were pronounced husband and wife! The happiness in that room was wonderful and the smells on their faces contagious.
The wedding ceremony was followed by family photos and then it was on to the reception. The reception space was also decorated by Emma and her friends. With floral and gold touches throughout, it was a very classic and romantic setting. Normally it takes a few songs at a wedding for the dance floor to fill up. Not this one! From song 1 the dance floor was packed and the party started!
I’m so happy that I got to be a part of Emma and Jordan’s wedding day. Their love for one another is so clear that it’s impossible to not smile when you’re around them. Wishing you both many years of love and happiness!
